Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use the Hosting365 website, customer portal, and services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hosting365.com website, the customer portal at cp.hosting365.com, and the services offered by Hosting365, including domain names, web hosting, VPS, managed cloud servers, and SSL certificates. By creating an account, placing an order, or using any Hosting365 service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our website or services. Contact support@hosting365.com if you have questions before ordering.
What these terms cover
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@hosting365.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. Services and eligibility
We provide hosting, domain, VPS, managed cloud, and SSL services as described on our website and customer portal. Services may not be used for unlawful purposes, and you agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Billing and payment
You agree to pay for services at the prices shown for the billing period you select, including any applicable taxes. Unless cancelled, recurring services renew automatically at the then-current renewal price until you cancel through the customer portal or by contacting support.
4. Domain names
Domain registrations and transfers are subject to the registration rules of the relevant registry and registrar. Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable once a registration or transfer completes. You are responsible for keeping your domain contact details up to date and for renewing domains before they expire.
5. Renewals and cancellations
You can cancel recurring services at any time from the customer portal or by contacting support. You remain responsible for payment for the billing period in which you cancel, and for any fees already incurred (such as domain registry fees). Cancelling a service does not automatically cancel your account unless you ask us to close it.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy. Where a refund is approved, it will be returned using the original payment method where possible.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our services, including spamming, attacking other systems, hosting unlawful content, or interfering with other customers. We may suspend services for a clear violation of the Acceptable Use Policy while we investigate.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep our website and services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own content. Support is provided through support@hosting365.com and the customer portal.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hosting365 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or interruption of service arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected services in the billing period before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
