Prohibited activity
1. Unlawful use
You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, identity theft, piracy, distributing malware, hosting illegal content, or facilitating crime.
2. Email and spam
You may not send unsolicited bulk email (spam), run open relays or open proxies, or send email that forges headers or misrepresents its origin. Email sent from our services must comply with applicable anti-spam law.
3. Attacks and interference
You may not launch denial-of-service attacks, port scans, brute-force attempts, or otherwise attack, probe, or interfere with networks, systems, or other customers. You may not attempt to access systems you are not authorised to use.
4. Resource abuse
You may not use shared hosting in ways that unreasonably consume CPU, memory, disk, bandwidth, or other resources, or that degrade service for other customers. Services are provided for the purpose described on the plan you purchased.
5. Content rules
You may not publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or that violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights. You are responsible for the content you host and for responding to valid takedown requests.
6. Domain misuse
You may not register domains using false information, in a way that infringes another party's rights, or for cybersquatting or domain abuse. Domains are subject to registry policies.
7. Account security
You are responsible for the security of your accounts and credentials. You may not share credentials in ways that expose the account, or allow third parties to use services you have not paid for.
8. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate services for a clear or repeated violation of this AUP, while protecting lawful content and customers as far as we reasonably can. We may cooperate with law enforcement when required by law. This AUP does not create any rights for third parties.
