Refund Policy
When Hosting365 refunds payments, and what to do if you are eligible.
This Refund Policy explains when Hosting365 provides refunds. Refunds are available only in the specific cases listed below, and only if you request one in the time allowed. Cancelling a service does not, on its own, create a right to a refund.
To request a refund, email support@hosting365.com with your account details and order or invoice number.
What is refundable
Web hosting (Linux and WordPress)
A money-back guarantee of 30 days applies once, and only to the hosting plan fee from your first order of a new hosting plan. It does not include domain names, SSL certificates, add-ons, or setup and administrative fees. Renewals are not refundable.
VPS and managed cloud servers
VPS and managed cloud services are not refundable once provisioned, because resources are reserved and allocated to your service at the time of order.
SSL certificates
SSL certificate fees are not refundable once the certificate has been issued.
Domain names
Domain registration, transfer, and renewal fees are not refundable once the order completes, because registry and registrar fees are paid for in full on your behalf. Always confirm spelling and details before completing a domain order.
Add-ons and other services
Add-ons and any other one-time purchases are not refundable once the service has been provided.
How to request a refund
Eligible refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. Email support@hosting365.com with your account email and the order or invoice number, and we will confirm whether the purchase qualifies. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
Exceptions
No refund is available for cancelled plans, renewals, or for accounts closed because of a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
